Event Calendar

National guidelines recommend 30 minutes of physical activity a day for adults, and 60 minutes for children. This does not have to be as daunting as it might sound, and it doesn't have to be as expensive as you might think. We are fortunate to be surrounded by wonderful parks and trails both in the city and outside the city.

Each week we will highlight a handful of events that we hope you will enjoy, from the likes of Venture Outdoors, Kayak Pittsburgh, Bike Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh Parks.
